Swann Thermal Sensing PIR Security Cameras, 5 MP Super HD Dome with IR Night

Add coverage where you need it with the Swann 5MP Super HD Thermal Sensing Dome Camera. Its True Detect PIR thermal sensing detects heat-generating moving objects, helping provide more reliable notifications and recordings while reducing triggers from falling leaves, bugs and rain.

Clearer monitoring, day and night

• More useful motion alerts: More accurate detection helps reduce unnecessary playback and saves hard drive space.
• See in the dark: Infrared night vision automatically activates as night falls, with visibility up to 130ft (40m).
• Audio as well as video: Hear off-screen noises and identify voices by gender, age, accent and language. The camera can record conversations, adding another layer of evidence.
• Simpler cabling: Power over Ethernet (PoE) carries power, video and audio through a single Ethernet cable per camera.
• Outdoor-ready design: The IP66 weatherproof rating allows the camera to withstand rain, shine, snow and dust, while remaining discreet when mounted outdoors.

Adding coverage to a compatible system

This camera is designed as an extra camera for the Swann DVR-4980 Series, helping you cover blind spots. Imagine checking a more complete view of the areas you want to monitor, with motion detection that is less likely to be triggered by weather or passing bugs.
