Swann DVR CCTV Kit DVR8 4780 8 Channel 2TB Super HD or 3MP Thermal Cameras

Keep an eye on the places that matter with the Swann 8 Channel Security System. Its DVR-4780 recorder includes a 2TB hard drive, while True Detect thermal-sensing cameras can help make motion alerts and recordings more reliable by detecting heat-generating movement.

More meaningful motion detection

Rather than responding to every movement, True Detect PIR technology detects heat from moving people, large pets and cars. It is designed to reduce false triggers from things such as falling leaves, bugs and rain, helping save hard drive space and time spent reviewing playback.

With 3MP Super HD resolution, the cameras capture 52% more pixels than Full HD 1080p (2MP). The source describes this level of detail as helping you identify faces, number plates and clothing patterns.

Check in from your phone or tablet

• Use the HomeSafe View app to view your cameras and search recordings for playback, wherever you are in the world.
• See in the dark up to 30m with infrared night vision.
• Use the cameras indoors or outdoors: they are IP66 rated and weatherproof.
• Connect up to 8 channels, with the option to add up to 4 more cameras.

Check what your selection includes

This is a multi-variation listing, so the DVR, cameras, screen and cables may vary depending on your selection. The PRO-3MPMSB cameras and 60ft / 18m BNC cables are listed as optional. If you plan to use existing BNC cables, Swann advises testing the system with them for 2 days before full installation; the supplied new cables are recommended for optimum performance.
