Swann Digital IP NVR 8580 8 Channel Network Video CCTV Recorder 4K Ultra HD 2TB

The Swann NVR-8580 is an 8-channel network video recorder with a 2TB hard drive, designed for a wired multi-camera security system. Record locally, view footage over your network and add compatible cameras to extend coverage.

Flexible recording and viewing

• 2TB of included storage: The source states local recording for up to 300 days+ and says the recorder saves over older footage when the drive is full. Transfer videos to a USB stick or download them via the network, with no ongoing fees.
• 4K recording support: Record at 4K (8MP) with 4K-compatible cameras. Playback frame rate is up to 15fps @ 4K.
• View on different devices: Internet viewing is supported through HomeSafe View, with iOS, Android, 3G/4G smartphones and tablets listed as supported devices.
• Voice control options: The system works with Google Assistant and Alexa. Use Google Assistant and Chromecast voice commands to stream camera video to your TV.

Set up coverage to suit your property

Power, video and audio run through a single Ethernet cable per camera using Power over Ethernet (PoE), making installation simpler. The system can be expanded with up to 4 more cameras, for a total of 8 channels.

Video analytics can trigger recording and alerts for Face Detection, Line Crossing Detection, Perimeter Intrusion Detection, Static Object Detection, Person Detection and Crossing Counter. You can also set up Dropbox to store still images off-site.
